Day 5 5:30AM Update: Men's Cycling Time Trial Results, Diving Results *SPOILERS*

Before we get to the spoiler results, lets share with you what's coming up on Day 5 and what's on TV and also take a look at some other gold medal results.

- Diving: Men's 3m Synchro Springboard Final (Can be Seen Tonight in Primetime on NBC)

- Cycling: Men's Time Trial (Can be seen on MSNBC at 5AM-8AM)

Diving: It's a sweep. China has won their fourth consecutive gold medal in diving, sweeping the synchronized events and keeping prospects of a complete sweep of the gold medals in diving alive. Today it was Wang Feng and Qin Kai dominating the competition by nearly 50 points. Russia grabbed silver and Ukraine won the bronze.

Diving: Men's 3m Synchro Final Results and Recap 5:22 am EDT (AP)

Cycling: There were disappointing performances by some of the favorites, but in the end it was Switzerland's Fabian Cancellara who came out on top with the fastest time in today's time trial, which took place on the same route as the road race that took place on Saturday. He finished with a time of 1:02:11.43.
